Welcome to B & B Rezorts Management Inc. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the reservation of hotels & resorts accommodations, concierge services, membership packages, and any related products offered through B & B Rezorts Management Inc. By using this website or making a reservation, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Company Information
B & B Rezorts Management Inc is a hospitality and accommodations service provider that offers hotel, resort, condominium-hotel, and short-term stay reservations through partnerships with various hotels, resorts, and accommodation operators located in the United States and internationally.

B & B Rezorts Management Inc does not own all listed properties and may act as an accommodations provider, inventory partner, management partner, or authorized reseller for participating hotels, resorts, and accommodation operators.
2. Definitions
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Company refers to B & B Rezorts Management Inc.

Website refers to www.bnbrezorts.co and any related online platform, mobile site, online service, or third-party listing platform operated or used by the Company, including but not limited to listings of hotels and resort accommodations through various OTA platforms such as Expedia, VRBO, Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, or similar services.

Partner Properties refers to hotels, resorts, condominium-hotel units, vacation residences, or other accommodation providers whose rooms or suites may be offered for reservation through the Company.
Reservation means any confirmed or pending reservation made through the Company for accommodations, concierge services, membership packages, or any related hospitality products offered by the Company.

Guest refers to any person making a reservation or staying at a Partner Property through the Company.
Services refers to accommodation reservations, concierge services, membership packages, or related hospitality services offered by the Company.
3. Accommodation Services
B & B Rezorts Management Inc provides accommodation and reservation services for various Partner Properties, including hotels, resorts, and managed hospitality inventory. Availability of rooms is subject to agreements with each Partner Property and may change without notice.

The Company may operate as an accommodations provider, inventory partner, reseller, or management service provider, and the actual accommodation is provided by the respective Partner Property. Each Partner Property may have its own rules, policies, and operational procedures which guests must follow during their stay.

The Company may offer accommodations from multiple properties located in different destinations, and all reservations are subject to confirmation and availability.
4. Reservations and Payments
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of reservation depending on the rate type, promotion, Partner Property policy, or special agreement.
​
Prices, availability, and room types may change without notice until the reservation is confirmed.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of pricing errors, availability changes, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

Payments may be processed by the Company, the Partner Property, or an authorized payment provider.
5. Cancellation, Changes, and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the specific terms provided at the time of reservation.

Refunds are only permitted if the reservation is cancelled within the cancellation window stated in the confirmation and must be approved in writing by B & B Rezorts Management Inc.

In certain cases, the cancellation or refund policy confirmed by B & B Rezorts Management Inc may differ from the policy of the Partner Property. The policy provided by the Company at the time of reservation shall control the reservation and shall supersede any verbal or written information provided directly by the hotel, resort, or Partner Property staff.

Reservations made through the Company may involve inventory purchased or contracted from third-party suppliers, and therefore refunds, changes, or cancellations cannot be granted unless authorized in writing by B & B Rezorts Management Inc.

The Company shall not be responsible for any changes, cancellations, or agreements made directly between the guest and the hotel or Partner Property without written approval from the Company.
6. Guest Responsibilities and Check-In Requirements
Guests agree to comply with all rules, policies, and operational procedures of the Partner Property where the reservation is made.

At check-in, guests must present a valid government-issued identification and must meet the minimum age requirement required by the Partner Property.
​
Guests may be required to pay incidental deposits, resort fees, parking fees, or other charges directly to the Partner Property at the time of check-in. These charges are determined by the Partner Property and are not controlled by B & B Rezorts Management Inc.
​
Incidental deposits are usually refundable upon check-out according to the policy of the Partner Property.
Check-in and check-out times are determined by the Partner Property. Early check-in, late check-out, extensions, upgrades, housekeeping services, parking, or additional services are subject to availability and may require additional charges.

All requests related to early check-in, late check-out, extensions, upgrades, or changes must be submitted to B & B Rezorts Management Inc in writing prior to arrival. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
​
Housekeeping, valet, amenities, and other services may be provided by the Partner Property or by third-party service providers. The Company is not responsible for service availability or limitations.
Lost, stolen, or forgotten items are the responsibility of the guest. The Company and Partner Property shall not be held responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Due to events, conventions, maintenance, or operational conditions, certain services or amenities may be limited or unavailable.
7. Third-Party Properties
Accommodations offered through the Company may be owned, operated, or managed by third-party property owners or hotel operators.

The Company may offer rooms from multiple hotels, resorts, or condominium-hotel units through inventory agreements or partnerships.
​
All stays are subject to the policies of the respective Partner Property.
​
The Company is not responsible for the operation, maintenance, or management of the Partner Property unless specifically stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
B & B Rezorts Management Inc acts as an accommodations provider, inventory partner, reseller, or management service provider.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, cancellation, or inconvenience caused by Partner Properties, third-party providers, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
​
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or reservation services.
Any liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount paid for the reservation.
9. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, provide false information, or attempt unauthorized access.

The Company reserves the right to cancel reservations or restrict access if misuse is detected.
​
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of the Company or its partners and may not be copied without permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or services shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida.
11. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
